• Gmail messages — only to identify relevant attachments, and only if the user explicitly consents.
• Documents uploaded by the user — for processing and data extraction.
• Client and contract data entered manually by the user.

3. How we use information

• Authenticating the user and authorizing access to the system.
• Processing documents and extracting fields with artificial intelligence.
• Sending automatic reminders to clients.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

We will not use details you provide for a purpose unrelated to operating the service, support, security, billing, legal compliance, or service communications with you, unless you give separate consent or the law requires it.

4. Gmail access

Gmail access happens only after explicit user consent. We read emails solely to identify relevant attachments. We do not store email content beyond what is required to process the request.

5. Information security

Information is stored on secured systems with access controls. We use encryption (HTTPS) for all communications. Access to information is limited to authorized parties only.

6. Retention

Information is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
